Our Strategic Bonds will be issued for Emerging Economies in Eastern Europe, mostly for Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Turkiye, Croatia, and Serbia.
These bonds will be used to co-finance the European Union development projects for a Sustainable Social and Circular Economy in emerging countries.
